Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and 2-3 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays are not included. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates may vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method.  

Refunds: Unfortunately, for sanitary reasons we are unable to offer refunds or returns for any of our products. This is because we are unable to re-shelf any product once it is out of our hands.
